Returns & Exchanges

At ANTA, we are committed to your peak performance; if your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ANTA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
